One of the barbers there gave me a decent cut when I first moved here, but since then - he’s completely butchering my hair the past year or so. It’s happened about 3x now. I ask for a fade down to 0, and a bit off the top. His fade takes maybe 15-20 mins. He doesn’t spend time changing the clipper lengths and working his way down - my other guy used to take 30-40 minutes on just the fading. There’s no attention to detail here. He doesn’t care. So very disappointed. For my dad's bday my mom wanted to get him something different. He had never had a hot towel shave before, I have been cutting my dad's hair for years so we thought add in the whole kit and kaboodle. Hot towel shave and cut. I called last week for the appointment, which they took on his bday for 10am. We know things can get behind but he waited 20 mins, got his haircut and they said he was done. Went in for a first time trim of my one year beard. It ended up way too short and uneven in just about every way possible. I immediately drove to another barbershop to try and salvage it. Couldn’t be more disappointed.
