We used Blackadar to outfit our Middle Fork trip and they were fantastic. They were super responsive to questions, the gear was excellent, and the logistics support could not have been better.
Blackadar Boating were awesome for our Main Salmon trip this year! We rented two rafts and some additional equipment for seven days as well as used their shuttle service. One of our cars got a flat tire at the put-in and they trailered it out and went above and beyond to get the tire replaced while we were on the river. One of our paddlers also left a bag at the put-in and they had it waiting for us at the take out! We had a great experience with Blackadar throughout our planning and the trip itself. I really appreciated Jerry's enthusiastic help. In addition, he took care of getting a flat fixed on one of the vehicles he was shuttling for us. Next time we raft the Middle Fork or Main, we will definitely use Blackadar again for shuttles and rentals!
Such a great experience with Blackadar! From the get go, they were on the phone with us helping plan our trip. I think I had three pre-trip conversations with them? Their planning logistics were top notch. The boats (we rented 2 from them and we had 3 of our own) were delivered on time at Corn Creek and were in great shape with excellent equipment.
