I sadly can not recommend Jessica. I had a very poor experience with her. I was part of a wedding party where she and another one of her workers came to do hair and makeup on site. Some of the wedding party wanted hair and makeup done, some only wanted their hair done, and some only wanted their makeup done. While some (including myself and child) decided it was not for us. This is a customer first establishment. Jess has a full schedule but the way she makes time for each client and perfects her craft, you would never know.
