Called a few companies to install 50’ of 6” round duct to the ceiling of my basement. One said they don’t do that work another couldn’t come by to evaluate and then I reached Black Widow. Marco stopped by the next day to take a look and evaluate the job. He had many insights into doing the work and offered to start after the weekend. I signed up and they did a great job installing the pipe. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Marco and his crew.
Problem with Furnace. Black Widow Heating and Cooling fixed the issue with same day service. Explained the furnace problem and repairs needed. My wife is happy, so I am happy.
I called Marco at 7AM on a very cold day. He came out and looked at my furnace and found my heat exchanger to be failing. Marco showed me how to reset the furnace so I could limp along until a new furnace could be installed. Marco and Nick came back today (Tuesday), removed the old furnace and installed the new one. I could not be happier with the service provided by both Marco & Nick. They are friendly, kind, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Black Widow for your Heating and A/C needs.
The night before the cold warning days were announced, and had just purchased the home my heater went out. Marco came out at 10 pm fix our problem, all done within 30 minutes of my call to him. Fantastic!
I honestly can’t begin to rave enough about Marco. We had no heat, the night before and had a larger company out. They basically told is that we needed a new furnace for 13 thousand dollars. My husband did some research and tried fixing it himself. When Marco was kind enough to come to the rescue he discovered it was just a fuse. He was so honest and great. There is no one else we will be using. He also called today to make sure our house got up to temperature. That is absolutely amazing customer service! Thank you Marco!
