They let a kid disrespect my child and after telling them, they took it has a joke and did nothing that was so disrespectful… how professional. And for some reason every-time there’s always something and they cancel practice and not to mention it’s once a week and I’m still paying.
This is my child’s first year at black widow cheer gym, she learns new things that’s good, this cheer gym is known to be the best but the problem is they always cancel practices all the time. And I’m still paying at the end of the day, there might be one practice but the rest are canceled and I am still paying once again…. There needs to be refunds, when a long period of time is wasted.
My daughter recently made the switch to Black Widow, and we are beyond impressed with everything this gym has to offer. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with such warmth and positivity it’s clear this isn’t just a gym, it’s a family. The coaches at BW don’t just say they want to push athletes to the next level they actually do it, and they do it with care, respect, and passion.
