What a ride! We chose Black and White Real Estate over the others because of Brett and Tammy's professionalism, and ability to explain the 'what and why's', of the whole process. We didn't have a smooth ride through the sale of our house, in-fact we sold twice, both within a few days of being on the market. Talk about some nail biting moments.
