By far the best car rental experience ever! I highly recommend Black & White Car Rental, the car was beautiful and in perfect condition and the convenience of delivery in San Francisco was a game changer! This allowed a smooth and quick departure to Napa for the weekend. Jhoie was very professional and prompt answering my questions and the paperwork process was painless. Next time I visit San Francisco, I will definitely skip the long rental counter lines at the airport and call Black & White Car Rental instead!
B&W has a perfect location for convenience in the city (SF). Follow their instructions and you’ll see that they’re easy to find and it’s easy to arrange Uber rides if you need them before or after the rental. The reservation process was simple and reasonable. Five-star experience! Booked the car online and got responsive email communication, even during holidays and weekends. Pickup was a breeze – the car was ready early in the morning, and they gave us a thorough walkthrough with a full tank. The vehicle was in top-notch condition, making the drive an absolute pleasure.
