Never seen such level of unprofessionalism from literally all the staff here, no communication whatsoever in anything at all and are rude as anything and will try to scam you in every way possible. Firstly, it is rare for me to rate a business in a negative manner but,, If i could give this business no stars, I certainly would. Unprofessional would be an understatement of how this so called realestate is operated. Everything is fine and assurances of your concerns or issues will be addressed and those things fixed prior to sale. BLAH BLAH BLAH. This business illegally withheld money held in a trust fund that was owed to a client. It then lied about logistical reasons as to why the money couldn't be paid. And then, when contacted by the Residential Tenancies Authority in response to the client's complaint, it was suddenly able to pay the money. It also violated RTA requirements by asking a client to sign a condition report, effectively agreeing to the real estate's assessment alone, without first giving the client the opportunity to make their own notes about the pr... read more
