I read some reviews which weren't very good but I was in a bind so I took my detachable boat trailer tongue in and talked with them about it. That was 5 days ago, Herb said they needed to order the parts, he called once and said it was on it's way then called a few minutes ago to say it was all ready to go! I dont.see how you can beat this service or communication! Needless to say I am one happy customer! Thanks Herb!
