I contacted him on behalf of my mom to get a door replaced in her house, and he was very friendly and responsive, kept great communication, and got the door replaced promptly and in a way where it's actually better installed than the old door that was there previously. My wife and I got connected to Tag when we were selling our home. Our buyers had several repairs they wanted us to handle. Despite his busy schedule, Mr. Richardson found the time to come by and get it all done quickly. The work was excellent. He had to replace to pieces of siding and told us that, due to weathering, they probably wouldn’t look quite the same.
