Folks like Black Wagon is what makes Portland great. Hopefully our mayor can get crime, homelessness and anti-biz policies figured out so this wonderful business can keep going strong.

I love this little store! The owner is very friendly, all the clothes and toys they carry are thoughtfully curated and adorable, and it feels good to support a small business!
