Jamie and the crew provide elite customer seevice. We broke down on a rescue mission to collect our family caravan and mitsubishi from Queensland to drive it back to victoria, jamie and his team were incredible in assessing the vehicle, dealing with our roadside assist etc and even offered to store the vehicle and caravan until we could get it towed home. Cannot speak highly enough. That level of customer service is rare these days.
Absoultely top shelf customer service, 5 stars isn't enough. My Isuzu ute tripped into limp mode 2 hours West near Mitchell and I was reluctantly forced to leave it by the side of the road for the tow truck to collect as I continued to Birdsville with our group. It was late on a Saturday arvo and although nothing was open, once I spoke with Scott, he bent over backwards to ensure the towy picked it up and delivered it to the Black Truck & Ag yard without fuss.
