Called Blacks at the last minute for a diagnosis on my Iveco truck and they fitted me in and diagnosed the problem quickly getting me back on the road earning money
Just picked up the last of the NPS 75/155 thanks to Anthony Pennisi of Black Truck and Ag in Wilsonton. With the new model coming with unwanted DPF + AdBlu, I was struggling. With his help I tried every Dealer in the country unsuccessfully - but he managed to find one already on the dock in Brisbane for immediate delivery, and we did the deal that day. Could not be Happier. Then he helped make it BIG! Thank you to Anthony and the team - Best experience I’ve had.
Everyone one of the staff were wonderful. Professional,prompt staff executed their responsibilities n worked cohesively which resulted in the best outcomes(that those in other companies and in other states,could only dream about)Queensland rules!

Service department is poorly organised. Had booked our MUX in for a 160k service. Unfortunately approx. a week before the service the engine overheated a couple of times, so I put it on a car trailer & dropped it off to be repaired. The vehicle was there for 6 weeks!!! I rang the service department continuously & went in a few time to see how the cylinder head gasket reapair was going. I was told multiple times that they were short on mechanics blah blah blah.....
