Technician Connor came straight to my house, arranged for the vehicle to be towed back to the shop, and they quickly found a small issue (a faulty O-ring). - Took new work truck with 9000kms on it back for brakes that shudder and sound like they’ve done 1000km on a bull dust track. Apparently that’s normal and nothing was done. - specifically left a note on the dash that the chrome accessory’s on the vehicle were privately owned. 3/4 hub caps were dinted and scratched. - asked that the dash be refitted as after market accessory’s were fitted. Wouldn't get this mob to service my grandmother's wheelchair. Got my truck serviced get it back,no nipples been greased, battery water way below low water level. You pay top dollar for a second grade job. Put me off buying a new Isuzu Ute.
