- Took new work truck with 9000kms on it back for brakes that shudder and sound like they’ve done 1000km on a bull dust track. Apparently that’s normal and nothing was done. - specifically left a note on the dash that the chrome accessory’s on the vehicle were privately owned. 3/4 hub caps were dinted and scratched. - asked that the dash be refitted as after market accessory’s were fitted. Wouldn't get this mob to service my grandmother's wheelchair. Got my truck serviced get it back,no nipples been greased, battery water way below low water level. You pay top dollar for a second grade job. Put me off buying a new Isuzu Ute.
This is the best customer service and communication I have experienced at a vehicle service centre. I have lived in 5 different locations across 2 states since being old enough to own a vehicle and this dealership and service centre trumps all others by a country mile. Just picked up the last of the NPS 75/155 thanks to Anthony Pennisi of Black Truck and Ag in Wilsonton. With the new model coming with unwanted DPF + AdBlu, I was struggling. With his help I tried every Dealer in the country unsuccessfully - but he managed to find one already on the dock in Brisbane for immediate delivery, and we did the deal that day. Could not be Happier. Then he helped make it BIG! Thank you to Anthony and the team - Best experience I’ve had.
