A Case 1870 needed a hydraulic repair and a service. All agreed to. When told of the completion, I asked if the service had been done and no. When the Case was returned the service was appalling. Bolts to hold the radiator had not been replaced, nipples not greased and grease not pushed into joints. All got fixed but why do I have to check their work. Never again.
Have recently had work performed on my truck by John Marritt and Karl Majors. Had to fly Karl down to Sydney on a Sunday so he could do a temporary repair to get me to Gatton. Have know both John and Karl since 2016. They are both very knowledgeable when it comes to Isuzu Giga which is not what I can say for Sydney dealers. Was stressed when I found out that John had changed dealership but wasn't hard to find him 1 phone call to Black Truck and Ag Roma that was it. Will not blink an eyelid to go back when I need to. Great experience with Black Truck & Ag, I was dealing with Matthew who took the time to explain all the information about a few different mowers. Matthew made everything easy and on collection day spent the time giving me a demonstration. If your looking for some new machinery, this company is well worth a visit and they were the cheapest in comparison to a few other Kubota dealers. Keep up the good work.
