Great experience, service from Justin & the service team. Highly recommend them to service & work on your Isuzu
Unfortunately broke down in a dmax ute just out of dalby but luckily taken to black truck and ag as they were exceptional in repairing the problem and getting me back on the road to a family emergency. Staff were very polite and the service manager kept me updated with what was happening. Thank you again to all staff at the branch.
Took a d max in for a service, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. Was offered a cup of tea while I waited for the ute to be ready. It was serviced quickly and efficiently.
Well... Best service I've had so far from any Isuzu dealership... I'll update after I get my car worked on but from the politeness of the the service manager, even if we can't solve the issue at hand straight away I do believe I'd recommend going here.. Justin (SM) was able to shift a few things around for me to get my car in before Xmas to get some work done and I'm very thankful for that.. I went to nearly every auto elec in town and also a number of mechanics who wouldn't/weren't able to help me out before the end of year... read more
