Would recommend to anyone! Sharee and the team do an amzaing job and great customer service. The battery on my car was flat and I had to jump start early that morning as I had to make a trip to Toowomba. I wasnt sure if I could turn my car off in the event it wouldnt turn back on, as I was traveling through Chinchilla I rang up and they put me in straight away to get the battery and alternator tested. All was ok, but thank you again for your amzing customer service Sharee and the team at Chinchilla.
Absolutely disgraceful customer services from the lady in sales montan. i spoke to today I called up and spoke lady who was blatantly rude and wouldn’t let me get my point across. She sounded like she didn’t want to be there and made me feel dumb by her tone. When the phone call was ending, she rudely hung up the phone while I was in the middle of a sentence. Luckily I got ahold of MG in Toowoomba who were more than happy to help.
Today I had my car serviced at Chinchilla Toyota for the first time. Thank you so much.. courteous and helpful on phone with my booking, offered to drop me down town and collect me upon completion of my cars service. Gave a detailed account of what was done, asked if i had any questions. Very impressed with this dealership.. Thank you again. Will certainly be a return customer. .
