Thanks to service personnel Jacob for taking the time and effort for our concern. The car is a huge improvement with little wind noise. Other than a few buff marks I’d rather that than the wind noise we were complaining about. No one else at black Toyota was interested with following up or addressing our problem. We came from Redcliffe as my wife is from the region and always supports local.. Country dealerships, from my experience give you more of a friendly customer service and left me feeling WOW. We dealt with Nathan, Liam and John .. each of them handled the process of our request.. A special mention to John as he was very helpful with the technical devices of the vehicle. We had a car issue today and called Black Toyota in Dalby. They fitted us in at lunch time and fixed our issue. They we're so kind, professional, the best customer service ever. We are so grateful and back on the road. We are Victorians passing through, but If We lived here, we would give them all our custom. We have a business and have 6 Toyota's. Had our 200 series recall done at blacks can’t fault , when I got the car back my torque lock wasn’t working they forgot to reconnect the wire back to the battery, had it fixed by an auto elec and was reimbursed with no dramas Anthony was awesome very easy to deal with .
