First, I ordered my car from Chris at the Port Stephens location. He didn't know there was a petrol Rav4 available. I had to inform him. He didn't look up what options were available to me, nothing. Just asked what colour. I added a towbar. The car took 18 months to arrive, and Chris did not keep me in the loop whatsoever. The finance guy was fabulous in this regard. Booked my car online and received a call a few days later saying that they were overbooked and I needed to reschedule (what is the point of having the online booking system?) Rescheduled for the new year and dropped my car off around 7:15 and deposited my key in the drop box before they opened. Coyota's repair shop is totally unethical and out to rip you off. The management are motivated ny targets and incentives. They offer you the most expensive repair option possible and I would highly reccomensd getting a second opinion for any major repairs, and consider using them only as alast resort. I have had three dealings with them everytime they attempted to rip me off. I am replying to Campbell Martin's reply to my negative review. Maryborough Toyota lead me to believe that they could cut and tune in my car to the new key. They did not tell me that they could not perform the whole procedure until months later when I returned to find out why they hadn't phoned me about the update. . (They lied in their previous reply, saying I didn't understand that they could not do the job as quoted. ) They gave me a quote for the whole procedure.
