Great team of people
This is my 12th purchase from this dealership and I just keep going back, The service is fantastic. I travel past 3 other dealers to go see them Black Toyota at Oakey is number 1 for me. If your in the market for a Toyota make the journey, for me its worth it
Bought a second hand RAV4 from them. I was only provided one key fob, and was told they would supply the second key fob when the previous owner returned from holiday. This never happened, and after following up a few times they stopped returning my calls. Now I'm going to be out $600 to get a new key fob made. Update: Black Toyota have been in touch, and it sounds like they may be providing me with a replacement key fob.
