I bought my new townhome from Black Timber and couldnt be happier. I love the layout & designer finishes throughout my home - I've received so many compliments on my new space. The follow up and support from their Warranty team - specifically Jenn Johnson - has been incredibly reassuring and timely with all repairs completed promptly and by skilled workers. Big shout out to Joe, who has been so helpful, kind and supportive every step of the way. Bottom line - they're topnotch and I highly recommend them!!
I just purchased a townhome from Black Timber. The entire experience was fantastic. Robbie, the Director of Sales, was thorough, professional, friendly, and responded immediately to my pre- and post-closing punchlist needs. Negotiating the sale was cordial and productive.
