Black Tie Transportation is spectacular! We booked a 31-person bus for our wedding to transport all of our guests to and from Golden Gate Park. Booking over the phone was super easy, and they had no problem with the park's tricky navigation. Our driver Tom arrived early and was super communicative and thoughtful, checking in with us to make sure our drop off point was correct and circling when we arrived too early. I had a NYE wedding, I requested a quote and Jeannette Hull assisted me with the options and planning for our wedding day. I wanted only drop off and pick up service, and they made sure that I did and was not overspending. All the staff were quick and friendly. Our Chauffeur for pick up at hotel Rich was nice and patient with some of the guests. I was gifted a celebration champagne bottle and card from the company when I was seated in the shuttle bus.
