The receptionists are dehumanized and really rude. They will say illegal things and others who work with them will brush past their actions as normality. Problem is there's Vicarious liability.

Absolutely the best way to travel with class!!! You don’t have to worry about anything as the chauffeurs, sales, dispatchers, etc are there to make your life the absolute easiest ever!!! Coming and going from airports I have noticed that Black Tie Chauffeurs stand out with excellence! Always clean standing at attention. The vehicles are always shining with a fresh wash and the detailed clean both interior and exterior absolutely phenomenal
