DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! This place was horrible! I purchased a cut and style with a scalp massage. I didn't get the scalp massage, or the style! She didn't even blow it dry! Jiselle (sp?) did a HORRIBLE job! It looks like my 6 year old cut my hair. When I called the next day to speak to someone in charge, I was hung up on! I have to go pay even more to have my hair fixed by someone who actually knows what they are doing. I wish I could post a picture so you can see just how bad it really is. Love the Service, Love the people I've been going to BlackTie for quite a few years now. Have always been delighted with the hair and nail techs. Their fun and informed. They even have a couple of stylist who are professional educators.I've never been disappointed. Love you guys
Love the salon and service is great I am a customer of the Black Tie Salon and I want to pass on how excited I was to find a great hair color specialist at reasonableprice and willing to do what I ask. I have received numerous compliments on my hair. The last visit was my second time and I would like everyone to know how friendly and professional the stylists are and how pleased I was.
Used to be great...now its not Appointments being forgotten. Technicians and Stylists showing up late to an appoitnment that was made. I am going to find another salon. Today is the last time I visit that place.
Take a time-out today The Black Tie Salon and Day Spa is a peaceful place to go for a time out. The atmosphere is relaxing and the people are fun to be around. If you are having a bad day this is the place to unwind. They offer everything from massages to haircuts to nails and anything in between. I have always had a satisfying visit and always feel better when I leave. Check it out!
Fun and inviting I have been going there since they opened and this salon is fun, clean, and friendly. The staff knows the latest trends they offer alternatives and it is a great environment.######I will always go there and refer people. Everyone I have referred has been very happy and continues to go back.
My personal experience I have been in the Salon as a customer, I had my hair done by two different stylist now. I really think that the salon is very professional. The nail technicians are great, with years of experience, and the salon is really beautiful, clean and professional!!! Everyone should try Black Tie Salon and Day Spa, its a full service, full treatment Salon. Its awesome!!!!!
