Terrible experience to use this company! They make you think they care but they are the most expensive experience for a below average experience. If I pay too dollar, I expect customer service, experienced movers, and my deadline being met. Chris Hess sold my family down river. They missed the deadline by three days. I paid them to unpack my 90 year old mom and they left with over 40 boxes to unpack as a ‘done’ job. Do not ask them to unpack. They SUCK at it. Throwing things in my mother’s closet as unpacking. Total disaster from the start. Took 2 days to move. No driver or extra truck for items that did not fit in the original truck sent. Charged an extra $1200.00 Broke several irreplaceable family heirlooms that I had had for over 30 years and had been moved previously several times with no issue. Response was if they don't pack it, they are not responsible. No consideration for boxes marked fragile with orange tags. Boxes and furniture packed upside down and sideways.
