I am astounded at the lack of professionalism of management. During our move damage was caused by their team to out freshly painted walls. The on-site manager even caused some damage and said would you like to file a claim. Of course I wanted to I had just paid thousands of dollars to paint my whole house and now the walls were damaged. Fast forward to me paying the bill on the phone. The on-site manager said he was filing a claim on my behalf during the call and I would receive a call the next week.
