Terrible experience with this company. As they finished up my move, the invoice had numerous fees that I had not been told about. Since a hailstorm was starting, I went ahead and paid thinking I could get reimbursed. When I called the company, the guy was very rude and told me that he had a phone recording of the fees being told to me. I told him to play it for me. He never called back. I called again and was told by someone else that I had received it in an email. I told him to produce it. I never heard back. I called again... read more

My husband and I turned to Black Tie Moving Co when our original movers had canceled on us (two days before the move). They were very quick to get us set up and scheduled for the same day we needed to move originally which I was very grateful for. They sent out a team who worked efficiently and made everything go very smoothly. Romunskee, Triston, Anthony and Isaiah were very professional but friendly and make the move so much easier and stress free than I had imagined. Thankful for their team and the great job they did!

Not sure which location this was, but emailed in for a quote and got connected with Tyler. He let me know that Black Tie does dedicated moves and my move is likely not a great fit since we are selling most of our stuff. Even though Tyler knew it wasn't a good fit for me to go with Black Tie, he still gave me advice on what to look for in a mover for my move and also helped check up on some companies I had look into to see if they had any federal complaints.
