I was terribly disappointed with the services this company provided. Firstly I payed for a Chrysler 300M limo. I was shocked to see a beat up Lincoln arrive late to our door. The driver didn't know how to use the audio system and on a very cold night the heat did not work appropriately. All the guests were freezing during the ride. When we arrived at our destination, we were let out on the wrong corner.
