Black Tie Events & Catering is the BEST catering service in the Capital District and beyond! I received a menu from the General Manager Megan Podrazik and it was like no other I had seen in the area. The variety of both the hot and cold entrees was so amazing, they had something for everyone's taste. Once I called to order what I needed for my event, I had an emailed within minutes confirming the menu with complete pricing including tax and delivery. Food was terrible. Must have been made hours ahead of time and sat out for a long time. Chicken tenders were so bad I spit them out. Macaroni and cheese was ice cold. If this is how they cook stuff I'd pass on them catering anything
