Wow! Love love love this studio. The atmosphere really separates you from reality to disconnect to reconnect. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and fluid. The mods offered are super helpful for those with injuries or other restrictions. Sculpt was fun and challenging, flow was exactly what I needed. 10/10 recommend!
Loved my 9:30 Flow class with Bonnie. Wonderful flow, music and she carried the theme of flowing like water throughout class. Will absolutely come back the next time I am in town.
This was my first time at this studio but not my first class from Rachel. She is easy to follow and creates a friendly environment. This little studio is intimate and cute. I will definitely be back!!
Just finished a BUTI class with Rachel! She is the best and I feel so alive after. BUTI is so empowering and I love it so much! Thank you for making my night! This studio is so cute :)
