Loved my 9:30 Flow class with Bonnie. Wonderful flow, music and she carried the theme of flowing like water throughout class. Will absolutely come back the next time I am in town.
This was my first time at this studio but not my first class from Rachel. She is easy to follow and creates a friendly environment. This little studio is intimate and cute. I will definitely be back!!
Just finished a BUTI class with Rachel! She is the best and I feel so alive after. BUTI is so empowering and I love it so much! Thank you for making my night! This studio is so cute :)
