I’m writing this review to shout out Tiffany and her candlelight yoga class! Her class has been such a gift for me physically and mentally. Having sustained a back injury and months of physical therapy, I was in search of a yoga class that I could incorporate into an exercise routine for chronic lower back pain. The heated space is not oppressively hot (which is important for someone like me, who has issues with body temperature regulation) but a manageable warm climate that relaxes my stiff muscles and my mind. Great studio - glad they expanded operations Northwest. Calming space and really enjoyed their slow flow candlelight yoga class.
