Good value for money.
Booked this motel on line due to its closeness to the RSL, where we had a function to attend. Upon arrival keys were in an envelope with our names written on. The heater had been turned on so our room was nice & warm on a cold winters day. Our room overlooked the water front which was great, no street noise. This motel has been around for a long time so the rooms are on the smaller side & dated in the bathrooms but don’t let that put you off. Amazing cute place to stay. We absolutely loved our stay here. The service is beyond exceptional! Our room was left with a light on, and a heater placed on as we were arriving late. This is the kind of attention to customer service that just makes you smile. 100% would recommend and will visit again in the future.
The receptionist, Sula, was so lovely and helpful. I thought I was going to have to cancel quite last minute and she was so accommodating about it. As it turned out we didn't cancel and, as we were arriving later than she would be working, she messaged me to say which room was ours, left the light and heater on for us as we would be arriving late.
