I went there yesterday for the first time, and the staff and service was awesome, they made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in, not many places do that anymore. I think this will be my main Vape shop from now on.
Absolutely hands down the best vape shop around. Customer service is impeccable and let me tell you, fuzzberry is out of this world.

This is by far the best of the best!! Love the friendly owners & there knowledge of what they sell. There staff guy seems a little stand-offish never makes us fell welcome but still a great place.;)
Black swan is an amazing place and I love the zero nic flavors. I love to try out new flavors or even see about having a couple of flavors made for me.
La la la looooooove this store. Great flavors, great store vibe, fantastic prices on accessories.... I drive over 25 miles, past other vape stores to get there!! :)
They take customer service to a whole new level. Super helpful and informative. Even though I live in IL I will definitely will keep my business with them.
