We came in to a broken floor. The planks were on the countertop. We called the 1800 number and local Nashville number and no response after multiple tries. Airbnb tried contacting them as well, and no response. We also tried messaging. Someone in our party tripped and was hurt as well

Convieniently Located downtown for easy walking. I would stay again.
The perfect location for a quieter neighbourhood but well within walking to Broadway and all of Nashville's attractions. Luckily a member of staff was around as we tried to access the building as we didn't find it straightforward but once we had the knack we had no further issues. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and it was quiet and comfortable so we slept well too.
