My wife and sailed with Rob the captain on a Sunday afternoon. We had a great time. We first sailed south into the wind then north with the wind. Rob is a great source of history of the Hudson Valley, the river, its old and new inhabitants. You forget everything else, when you are aboard the Black Swan.

We had such a wonderful time sailing on the Hudson! The captain was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was being able to bring our own food—we set up a lovely dinner right on the boat while cruising through the beautiful Mid-Hudson views. Everything felt relaxed, comfortable, and so well taken care of. It was the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. We’ll definitely be coming back next summer.

Had the best time sailing with Black Swan Sailing! The boat is super comfortable and the views of the Hudson and Catskills were gorgeous. Captain Rob is a great guy — really easygoing and knows his stuff. It was such a relaxing and fun experience.
