I made an appointment to have my Harman stove cleaned. The technician, Chris, came out and cleaned my incredibly ash-filled stove (up through the chimney and what appeared to be into every possible space available) performed a thorough job. He was friendly, professional, cleaned up and made the glass door sparkle like new...wow! He also likes Labs! A very polite and knowledgeable person.
