I have been having repeated problems with my pellet stove and Back Swan’s Service Team (MATT) came over and took care of it. Absolutely phenomenal job by Matt - professional and friendly. The same day I spoke to TYLER about service contracts and he took care of me, too! Absolutely phenomenal Service Team.
We had Chris Cristal come and repair our pellet stove today he’s very professional and know what’s he’s doing when it comes to repairs… he’s polite after he finish his repair he clean up and you never knew he was here Chris is a Asset to your company…
Amazing company. I haven’t even purchased a product yet and Tyler and Forrest have been super helpful with me diagnosing a problem with my pellet stove. I’ll be buying my pellets (and other related items) from them from now on!
