Excellent customer service, from the scheduler to the service tech!!
They said my mitsubishi mini split needed a new motherboard. Had a guy come out the next day for a second opinion and he had it fixed in less 30 minutes because the only issue was a broken 2 wire coming out of the unit
After getting jerked around from another HVAC company,I called Black Swamp.They diagnosed my machine inside of 30 minutes.They ordered the part and came back out to install it.Wyatt and his guys were very thorough and know what they were doing.I recommend them very highly!!
We have been looking forward to meeting Dan - have heard a lot of good things about him and his service. I called 2 weeks ago when our Furnace wasn't working and the person who answers the phones told us she'd try to get him out there the same day (Thurs) but at the very least he could be out the following day. We did not hear from anyone on Thursday or Friday, so I called last week and scheduled an appt with him for today at 11am.
