My home health aide is the most amazing person I have ever worked with and the head Tosha honestly cares not just her job you can tell she cares… this is a company that bar none the best home health agency I’ve ever worked with.
Not a good company to work for. The current supervisor for the Springfield office does not communicate well especially with clients. I’ve had clients complain that they never know when an aide will be coming. This company needs to improve on their communication skills.
I love working for this company, they are amazing and are like family. They work with you and understand when life happens. I can’t express how much I love this company. They also take really really good care of clients and highly recommended them for anyone who needs home care services!!
I love working for Home Care by Blackstone. I’ve been with the company for 23 years. I’ve had many schedulers (my boss) come and go in my 23 years. Some were nice to work with, a few I was glad to see go. Currently Tasha Hall is my boss. I have nothing but good things to say about Tasha. She communicates with me as well as my clients very well.
