We had a great experience with Black Star. The whole team was great....addressed our concerns about an aging deck, great communication, super craftsmanship. It was a large/complicated project and was completed quickly and efficiently. We love our new deck!
The staff at Black Star made the entire process of replacing our decks as easy as possible. Mark came out to provide an estimate. He took time to ask what we had in mind then offered up his opinion and explained any code updates we had to include as our existing decks were 20+ years old. We are so happy with our outdoor project! We had a landing & stairs and fence installed at our new home and are so glad to be able to easily access our backyard now. Everyone at Blackstar was easy to work with and both projects were completed professionally and quickly once started. We hope to get a patio as well in the future and will definitely plan to use Blackstar!
