It was such a pleasure doing business with Black Star Home Improvement. Mark (owner) came and gave me a no nonsense quote that was extremely competitive in the market. I dealt with a few vendors who put a lot of pressure on to use their services and tried to charge double. It was a relief to have my questions answered and trust that the job would be adequately completed. Fantastic company to work with from beginning to end. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. A special shout out to our project manager, Allison, she was professional, responsive, and a true pleasure to work with. The end result is we now have a stable deck that I know will be safe for us to use for many years to come.

We contracted with Black Star Home Improvement to replace our 20-year-old deck with TimberTech composite decking, a patio, walkway, and trash can enclosure. The schedule was important to us and Allison kept us informed of the status every step of the way especially with weather-related setbacks.
