When I told him it was to short afterwards he told me I didn't even tell him literally told him and showed him to where I wanted my hair cut then he got argumentative zero customer service. It's actually a 1 star but not for the business just for how the situation was handled. What an experience that was the staff were super helpful and extremely nice big shout out to the lovey lady violet for cutting my hair it turned out perfect
Unfortunately Black Stallion Barbers didn't live up the the great expectations that I was hoping for. I've only heard awesome things about this shop, but today it just didn't deliver. The young lady hair dresser just did a full rush job of my hair and showed no care at all and my beard trim is as bad as it gets. Not to mention all the school kids inside the shop just running a muck. Hopefully just a bad day..
