I'm trans and look like a woman in my usual attire, they treated me fine until I took off my mask and they saw I had facial hair. Suddenly there was no more casual chit-chat and my haircut was rushed and done way too short, despite my effort to discuss the cut. Seeing that he had rushed it there was an attempt to salvage by drowning it in hairspray, again without saying a word to me. My 6 year old boy has had his hair cut twice now and we've been very happy with the end result :)
This used to be a 5 star rating though the person who used to cut my hair is long gone. Since then I’ve tried giving this place a go quiet a few times. Generally, my requests are either ignored or just not cared about and the haircuts are rushed. Today I got the worst haircut I’ve ever had from this place. 2 and a half minutes, not exaggerating, was the time it took to butcher my hair.
