I had a tattoo done by Matt Dinovo here. I was extremely disappointed. He had no bed side manners or customer service. He acted annoyed by my requests, would not carry a conversation, and was very rude. Definitely will be having the tattoo touched up by a different artist. Would not recommend Matt Dinovo to anyone.
Talented artists for sure. But 2nd time in & I was treated very unprofessionally. Front counter staff clearly unorganized. & gave artist incorrect info. My character was attacked in front of other customers based purely off misinformation given by front counter staff. I was in the middle of finishing a tattoo & sadly I'm now in search of a new artist. I will not go back there & will not recommend them either.
