Recently I was making my way cross country to get to a job when I broke down. Made some inquiries and was told about Tim. I called and he answered. I could not have asked to be treated any better than I was at Black Smoke Diesel! He got me running and back on the road in no time. Just a plus that he was such a great guy to be stuck with! lol

I was on a cross country trip when my equipment failed. Needed a new injector and didn’t know any mechanics good or bad nearby. I was lucky enough to come across Tim and he not only fixed my injector in record time, he diagnosed a ticking time bomb that I didn’t even know was there. He took care of me and checked on me later down the road to make sure I was doing ok. Tim made a very stressful situation as easy as could possible be. Can't thank Tim enough!!! Even sick he went above and beyond to get the parts we needed and got us back on the road!! Reasonable prices and professional service!!!

Can't say enough great things about Tim! We would have been stranded outside our home state for who knows how long. He fixed our problem, was fair, honest and very responsive. We highly recommend him! Thanks again Tim!

Contacted them for help with our Mercedes Sprinter Diesel and Josh was EXTREMELY helpful. While we learned that Black Smoke does not work on Sprinter Vans he was wonderful in providing valuable guidance (recommendations on towing provider, alternative repair shop,, and even a nearby RV park). Super knowledgeable and helpful!
