My father recently passed away and since Mr. Hamilton did my husband and my wills I called him for advice. Mr. Hamilton spent a good amount of time giving me options and advice even though he was not able to assist me with the probate of my father's estate as his docket was full, but He referred me to another probate attorney in town. I would highly recommend Mr. Hamilton as he is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Jim Hamilton was exceptional in his handling my extremely difficult situation after my father passed. Mr Hamilton took me by hand, showing compassion, empathy and genuine concern over my situation. He worked tirelessly and unselfishly and He’s very dedicated to his profession. I most definitely, highly recommend him for services that he provides.
Jim Hamilton was personable, knowledgeable and patient with our goal of getting wills, POA, advance directives etc. We got everything done painlessly and gained a lot of knowledge with this process. All for a very fair price! Great experience and gained peace of mind.
