My kids absolutely love going to black sheep to do speed & agility training. We love all the trainers and my kids have shown significant positive growth in their sports from cross training here. They have gotten stronger, faster and more confident. Couldn’t say enough great things and what black sheep is doing!!!
The QB training has been amazing for my 8 year old son. Coach Aiken is an great trainer and my boy looks up to him so much. We have seen a huge difference in his throwing motion, scrambling & overall performance. The "superhero C" trick clicked in his head when gripping the ball! We feel very blessed to have found BSP who feel like family & help dreams come true for young athletes. I cant wait to see what football season brings to him. disappointed I drove 40 min to get a piercing. Called before and asked if they would be able to do it at 9:40pm and they said yes. When I showed up the employees were leaving and closed 20 min early
