Katie the bar manager, for you to say that the customer is incorrect, when in all factual reality the reservation was made on Facebook. You called and asked if we had any questions. No we didn't get a confirmation, but for you and your staff to treat us and the other group of 4 like we were stupid is entitlement 101 and utterly unprofessional. Astounded you couldn't be human enough to say there may be some mistakes on our end. So SHAME on you. I hope this let's the community know what to expect how they'll be treated.
