Been coming for years, always find nice jewellery. Was here the other day and unfortunately felt like I was getting some hostility and impatience from one of the employees when I asked to look at the different earrings. I'm not sure if they realized they were coming across that way, but made me uncomfortable and unlikely to go there again if they were behind the desk..
Had a brutal experience today, the "customer service" was atrocious, the associate was so rude, unpleasant, unkind and openly judged me in the store. I have never felt so openly judged and belittled to my face from a total stranger. I would strongly suggest this store reevaluate their associates and offer some serious customer service training. I've shopped here frequently and after this experience I will no longer bring my business here and will ensure I let others know. Do better!

always poor customer service...very unfriendly.. items are seriously over priced. and they sold me 5 damaged items. be careful what you buy from this place!! look it over carefully... damaged contact lenses (scratched my eye first time wearing, there was already a split in the lense!) damaged gloomy bear plush (ive since stiched the damaged ear back on myself) damaged keychains (one had a piece missing off of it and another the cloth part top of a kuromi keychain I later noticed was literally hanging by a thread, and a zelda... read more
