My husband and I started going to Black Shamrock during a vacation to OIB. Great experience. Pat is a very talented artist! Now we have made it a tradition every year to see him!
I went in to get a tattoo priced and the man that gave me my price was rude, he didn't listen to what I had to say and he didn't even talk with me. He didn't explain anything to me, he just told me the price and said it wouldn't be as "crappy" as the picture. I will NEVER spend my money here. Not with that service.
Very clean environment, relaxed atmosphere, talented artist. Think we've finally found the "only place we'll ever get tattoos at again"!
