🚨🚨🚨!!!Warning warning warning!!!🚨🚨🚨 Avoid this manufacture at all Costs. They will sell you a lemon. With it being RV and Trailer they aren’t held to the same standards as automotive manufacture. We’ve had our trailer for a year and a half and have only been able to use it once. When purchasing it from the manufacture we received it and it had a gas leak along with hot wires. We’ve owned our Black Series trailer for a while now and have been extremely happy with it. The build quality is solid, the off-road capability is impressive, and it’s given us the confidence to camp in places we never would have considered with a traditional RV. The interior is comfortable, well thought out, and equipped with everything needed for extended trips. 5 stars plus. We purchased a new HQ21 from here. Everyone was very helpful and we felt like the center of attention the whole time there. We wouldn’t hesitate at all going back.
Can not get ahold of parts or service team. Been trying over a year. Did get through to sales and they apologized and promised someone would reach out and get the Cieling panel needed and shipped out. Still waiting for a call , email etc …… a year later called and left messages an emails over a dozen times I am an RV dealer and beyond the worst customer service in the industry …. Don’t know how they stay in business.
