Put a 100 dollar deposit down for a brand new patron, months later when the patron was ready i went to pick it up and pay cash where I was told they didn't accept cash, despite numerous amounts of other people telling me they had brought there's with cash.. I tried to hand them 19500 cash and they wouldn't accept.. asked for my 100 dollar deposit back and they wouldn't refund it.. funny how I can pay a 100 dollar deposit in cash but can't pay the rest.. bunch of thieves... Absolutely amazed with the customer service, my camper trailer got an issue I got assigned to Grant who actually acted so fast and efficiently that we are veey impress, then Marcel at the Warwick Farm workshop he is very knowledgeable and fast, I have my camperback is 100% fix no shortcuts just great old fashion awesome work....thanks for everything
The warranty team is amazing, not to mention the staff at the Warwick Farm site, he is the nicest staff I came across lately, he is Super friendly! How amazing is the customer service, problem solved so efficiently, we made it on time for our first trip with the trailer(Patron). Issues sorted out within 3 days. From issues rose to repaired! Amazing work guys! Keep it up! One happy customer!
