Horrible company horrible product couldn’t care less about their clients. Save your money and buy a more expensive unit. That’s actually well-Engineered rather than just hyped up from sales and social media. Had a friend that had a major issue after a week of being stranded got some help through a dealer and they sent them used damaged parts and made them get it fixed themselves run away from this brand!
I can't support American company that buy Chinese parts sorry did a lot of research the reason trailer repaid mechanics can't get parts is because of the tarifs so if you buy one of these good luck having it fixed until things open up trade route wise within the next 4 years or so.
Company is carelessly trashing communities and is not taking responsibility or accountability to resolve issues pertaining to their actions.
I am a Repair facility for campers. And I have been trying to order parts since July 2024. (Almost 9 months now) In July, I was told some parts were on backorder, this was after about a month of trying to get a hold of these people. I probably have 50 email request for Parts and probably a couple hundred phone calls. And now I even have a cell phone number of what I believe is a manager named Rodger. And Rodger has been telling me for a couple weeks that he would get me the parts I need. But I continually get excuses and non... read more
