Can not get ahold of parts or service team. Been trying over a year. Did get through to sales and they apologized and promised someone would reach out and get the Cieling panel needed and shipped out. Still waiting for a call , email etc …… a year later called and left messages an emails over a dozen times I am an RV dealer and beyond the worst customer service in the industry …. Don’t know how they stay in business.
