We had a part fail while we were out camping and honestly thought the trip was over. I reached out to BlackSeries and their team got on it right away. They figured out what we needed and helped get the replacement moving fast. Really appreciated having someone actually respond when we were stuck away from home.
🚨🚨🚨!!!Warning warning warning!!!🚨🚨🚨 Avoid this manufacture at all Costs. They will sell you a lemon. With it being RV and Trailer they aren’t held to the same standards as automotive manufacture. We’ve had our trailer for a year and a half and have only been able to use it once. When purchasing it from the manufacture we received it and it had a gas leak along with hot wires. We’ve owned our Black Series trailer for a while now and have been extremely happy with it. The build quality is solid, the off-road capability is impressive, and it’s given us the confidence to camp in places we never would have considered with a traditional RV. The interior is comfortable, well thought out, and equipped with everything needed for extended trips.
