Ordered online, directly on the website for Black Seed. I showed up and the food was nowhere to be seen, and not in the queue. The person at the counter was brusque and told me to keep waiting. 20 minutes later I have to get the attention of the cook, and they again have no record of my order in their system, despite having charged my card. They finally did make my food, but it was slap-dash and rushed.
Conflicted, as I got the supreme chicken shawarma - which was one of the best tasting bites I’ve had in Boston. However that $17 price tag for the size you get is a bit mismatched. Still, it was incredibly delicious. Good people watching spot of Boston Common while eating as well, so you can put down your phone for once
