Terrible Customer Service – The deal that the travel agent provided was nothing special. I would get the same thing if I booked everything myself but I decided that since we are traveling with a large group it is better to book the trip with one person. Overall, it was all very unprofessional and it is easier to book everything yourself where you get all the tickets sent electronically.
